Q. I have a Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate and every 5 minutes, I get literally 25 notifications that pop up and have me accept or deny. Some say to download an app or support a cause.. It's really annoying because whenever I try to open my messages or something like that 5 of the ads pop up. I can hardly do anything. I wasn't able to find the source of these, how can I get rid of them?
A. There are some heavy spam-apps in the market, some antivirus apps like lookout or avast have ways to track these apps, also some apps have premiun versions that are ad-free... but the best way to get rid of all publicity is to root your phone an install an adblocking app like adfree
Samsung exhilarate dropped text messages?
Q. Whenever I try to send a text on my Samsung galaxy exhilarate, it attempts to sens the message for about a minute or so, then fails. I can make calls just fine. If I do a hard reboot of the phone, (power off, remove battery for 1 minute, power on), the text will send, but it is obviously not convenient for me to do this every time. What is a way to fix this?
A. Try taking it to the service department.

Q. I'm a smartphone virgin, and can finally upgrade dec 15 haha. I need help picking the "best" phone. I just really want to be able to have easy internet configuration (facebook, tumblr), and be able to have music, (I am a big ipod fan, mine was stolen though) and a front and back camera.

A. I'm a big fan of Samsung phones. They are the best! I wouldn't suggest windows phone though. Too confusing. Anyway, my pick, either Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate or iphone5. Hope that helps :)
