Q. I have had this phone for less than a month, and the new nexus just came out. I want to know if out is possible to exchange for a discounted price our slough I have to pay full price?
A. Isn't the Exhibit 4G on T-Mobile? The Galaxy Nexus will not hit T-Mobile for months, if at all. It's a Verizon exclusive for a while in the US. And I believe T-Mobile has a 20 day return policy to get your money back, so if you signed a two year agreement with them when you bought the phone, you're stuck with that phone unless you pay full price for another (Galaxy Nexus will be $550+).

Can I get a smartphone without a data plan?
Q. I need a new phone and today is the last day to get a free galaxy s3 free. The data plan each month is $20 but honestly I don't need the Internet plan I just want the phone that works on wifi. Can I terminate the plan after a month and pay $200 termination fee?? Would tmobile do anything because all they told me AA you would have to terminate the deal. Please let me know!
A. Your termination fee is the monthly amount multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract. So if your monthly fee is $20 and you are on a 36 month contract then your termination fee would be $700. 24 month contract fee would be $480. 12 month contact fee would be $220.
You can buy a smart phone without a data plan you can get them on pay and go / pre-pay.
An unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3 would cost about $550, you can get one on Amazon here [1].
In the end you should work out how much you would pay over the term of the contract compared to buying it straight out and see what's cheaper, if you can afford to buy it straight out then do that. Contract lengths and monthly costs are usually calculated in such a way though that the carrier won't make a loss regardless of what you do. Contract phones aren't "free" they are never "free" you DO pay for them over the term of your contract.
Why is Apple so pricey than Samsung?
Q. The Samsung Galaxy SIII has a quad core processor and also has a larger display and resolution than the iPhone 5 and still the iPhone is way expensive than Samsung Galaxy or HTC. I wonder why Apple market their products so high? Are they really worth it.
A. The iPhone is of a much better build quality than the Samsung phones, but the iPhone is not way more expensive. The unsubsidized S3 is around $550 and the unsubsidized iPhone 5 16gb is $649. Subsidized they are the same $199, so the iPhone is a better deal on contract.
