Q. I need to figure out the costs of shipping an IPad overseas in its original packaging (i.e the box it comes in including charger, manual, IPad, etc...), so I need to know the exact dimensions of the box itself, as well as the total weight of the package and its contents.

I recently got my iPad keyboard dock and it is already broken. Does anyone know of a way to fix it?

Q. My keyboard dock has been sitting on my desk and yet it is still broken, is there a way I could get it fixed without having to go to geek squad for tech support.

A. If its less than a month old the retailer you bought it from will probably just swap it. Other than that you're probably gonna have to go for tech support. Try searching for the exact fault on google tell Y!A what the problem is and maybe someone here can talk you through it.

Q. I just got an ipad, but the keyboard on the screen is split in half and only sticks out of the sides. I have seen some people with ipads where the onscreen keyboard goes all the way across the screen, and looks like a normal keyboard. How do I get this on mine?
Sorry, new to technology, feel like I'm missing the odvious.

A. 1. First dock tHe keyboard. Then go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Split Keyboard > Off

2. ON the lower left side of your keybaord is a keyboard icon with an arrow facing down. Hold your finger on that button and you'll see an option pop and choose Dock. Your keyboard will move back to the bottom of the screen. You have the option on your keyboard to use it split (you have turn that on in settings) and to move it up or down.
