Will my phone usb charger adapter work for other things?

Q. I've a Samsung Galaxy phone, the charger is simlpy a usb cord wih a wall adapter. Since it is just a usb cord adapter, is it safe to assume that I can use the adapter for other usb charging cords, specifically a PSP.

A. I use my HTC adapter for charging up my LG 3D tv shutter glasses because you don't get supplied with a charger..just a usb cable.
I'm assuming because you can use the usb cable plugged into a pc or laptop to charge a phone you can charge other things too if its plugged into the charger instead as the voltage should be the same.

Should I charge my Trexcell 3800mAh extended battery with a wall charger or the original Samsung usb charger?

Q. I recently bought a Trexcell 3800mAh extended battery for my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S2 (sph d710). Should I buy a wall charger that charges the battery outside the phone? Or should I charge the extended battery while inside the phone using the original Samsung USB/wall charger?
Also, what are the specific charging instructions? I know some people around the net say to charge it a little while longer after it hits 100% and then let the phone die (repeat a few times), but how many times exactly?

A. It's designed to charge the same way as the original battery; there's no reason to buy a wall charger (except maybe it'll charge faster).

As far as the letting the phone die and then recharging and doing that a few times, I'm not sure it's really necessary. But if you try it, I don't think it would hurt, and I don't think you need to do it more than 2 times.

Q. I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S3 and would like to transfer my photos and videos from my old phone (HTC Inspire 4G) to my new one. I have AT&T. I tried to plug in my old phone to my computer but it won't start up. I'm afraid that my old phone is deactivated and will never start up again!

A. Charge the battery from a wall charger.

Then enable USB debugging and plug it into your computer. Drag and drop your files onto the computer.
