Q. Over the weekend, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy cell phone, USB micro data cable, holster for the phone, a pair of sun glasses, and four SIM cards on eBay. The cell phone cost me $160. The other items cost me between $1 to $4 for each one. After I checked out, PayPal limited my account, held the smaller transactions, and reversed the transaction for the phone. When I talked to PayPal about this, they stated it was because the suspected fraud. Yet, I have made more expensive purchases over the past few months, and I have sold things on eBay for prices up to $600. The funds for the items I sold went to this same exact PayPal account. So the limitation was removed and the smaller transactions were sent through. I resubmitted the payment last night around 9PM EST. This afternoon, the seller told me that the funds were being held in his account. He also said that PayPal told him that I needed to call to get the funds released to him. I called PayPal to ask them about this and they said that the seller had to call to get the funds released. At this point, I became upset because no one could be straight with me or the seller about what was going on. When asked why they were holding the funds, they told me that it is to "ensure that I am protected" and that they will hold the funds for 24 to 48 hours from the time of the transaction to do so. How that protects me, I don't know. I asked them how it protects me and from what they said, they don't know either because they could not give mean answer. I brought the sellerâs feedback to their attention and made it clear that he sold thousands of phones, and that the vast majority of the sellerâs feedback was for transactions that are $200-$300 or more. Their response was "what if he gets the money but does not send you the phone?" That's kind of a retarded thing to say right after I mentioned the sellerâs feedback history. My question is, is it legal for PayPal to hold the funds like that for 24 to 48 hours and if they do not release the funds by 9PM EST tomorrow, what legal options do I have to pursue against PayPal?

TMO vs Best Buy Mobile insurance plan and whats the best Combo SG4 phone case?
Q. Hello, I am highly anticipating the arrival Samsung TMO gallaxy 4. I coming from the HTC Amaze with a bunch of issues unsolved by the manifactures. I choosed the HTC Amaze over the Samsung Galaxy 2 mainy for its camera and specs. ( hence now my camera just freezes my htc amaze phone to restart.) it sucks! I was contiplating getting the new HTC ONE but chose the SG4 instead. Here is why. the specs are about the same but the camera isn't. I took pictures with the HTC Amaze at the Best Buy Mobile store and it seem griany. I didnt like them. I'am a big picture taker. Also HTC One does not have a removable battery or a slot for an sd card. Yes... TMO version of the HTC One has a wopping 32 GB storaage memeory . and you get a year free of dropbox. cool.... But i feel that's not enough for myself. My HTC Amaze came with 16gb of internal memory. 9.7 gb was available to from the start and it was fine (at first). After updates and apps that uses only the internal gb space it left me with approximately 1.2gb. then thats where the problems for my phone begun. It costantly presses buttons turns off; restarts; loads extreamly slow; freezes and ect... Tried to use my 32 gb external sd card but it couldnt help thoses problems. i even factory reseted the phone witch only temporaly helped. Personally I couldnt care less what the phones looks or feels like .( Has to be bigger than that i-shi***). just kidding iphone is ok . but just too isolated and small for my taste. As long as it has great specs ; perfoms smoothly; is customizable; and durible (last long) .
now that you got a small history of the phones . I have two major decisions to make. PLease can anyony put their oppion on theses decisions!!!!!
I will switch my servises from Simple Mobile to T-mobile. should i go with TMO's $7.50 amonth $150.00 deductable plan that covers lost or theft. or should i order my SG4 via Best Buy Mobile online and go with the appx $11.00 a month no lost or stolen protection plan but $0.00 deductable no questions asked plan????
Second im trying decide whats a better choice between the 3 case that intrests me. the cases comes with dual layer protection covers a kickstand ; and a belt holster... and looks nice on the SG3 display.. (they all didnt make any thing for the SG4 yet)
Seidio Active Combo or Tident Kraken A.M.S. or Aduro Shel??? please help
