Q. Okay, so my invention is a case for a variety of smart phones, it will be a leather case which has springs in a hinge, to hold it you just flip the top over the back, and the spring wont feel tough on your hand, but if you drop it or as soon as you let go the flap will flip over, the case will look like this----------

There for if you drop it none of the phone will touch the ground, as soon as you let go it will fly shut, so by the time it hits the floor it will be completely safe and closed,
thanks and tell me your opinion.
A. So you're on a site there are thousands of non-experts, non-lawyers, describing an invention. Your comment where the question is supposed to go wouldn't protect you. Do you think that's smart. Did it occur to you to check out a site like Legalzoom where there might be a lawyer you can talk to about this... for free!? I work for 2 patent attorneys, and I can tell you that without a doubt, although it's unlikely there'd be much hope for your idea, that making an invention idea public without even applying for a patent... is NOT smart!
I will say that even closed phones that are dropped on the ground... DO break. Sometimes a cover will protect it, but generally the covers are made to keep the phone from getting scratches and dents, and maybe some drop/shock protection.
Which samsung galaxy s3 screen protector should i use?
Q. I heard the InvisibleSHIELD by Zagg Samsung Galaxy S3 Screen Protector is very good and provides outstanding protection.

But the Moshi Samsung Galaxy S III Screen Protector is also good and it can be washed and cleansed of the residue and dirt and reusable afterwards.

Which one is better? And I think invisibleshield is a one time use??Thanks.
A. They're both the same price, so anything that comes with a *** lifetime replacement warranty *** is a no brainer, surely? So if you have to spend 35 bucks on a screen protector then my money would go on the InvisibleSHIELD.
However, neither of these will protect the edges and back of the phone from scratches and dents if you drop it. Buy a flip cover case and some basic screen protectors. Job done.
Help picking a new phone?
Q. After 2 years of working out fine, my motorola backflip decided to flip out (pun intended) and stop charging. If the case is that the charger is not the problem and there is a problem with the phone itself or the battery, I will be looking into buying a new phone tomorrow. I am not too up to date on some of the new phones out there (I'm an at&t guy) but some of the phones that caught my eye were the htc one x and the samsung galaxy s 2. Both look like amazing phones and I'm not the type of guy to throw out $200 on a phone but the one x looks amazing. My college room mate got the galaxy s2 towards the end of the semester and it looked like a really nice phone and it was very light. I also considered the iPhone 4s because everyone I spoke with who has it, which feels like everyone nowadays, says that its still the best phone on the market. I'm pretty torn so can someone help me pick one of these or any other good smartphones? I have a $200 budget and would really not like to pay more. Thanks a lot for your time and help guys, I'll pick a best answer of the bunch (probably the phone I end up getting will be the winner :P)
The only thing that is sorta holding me back from the thought of purchasing an iPhone is that I bought myself an iPad 2 last summer. I felt like if I had an iPhone and iPad it'd be kinda redundant. Like I can download all the iPhone apps on my iPad and have a bigger screen. But then again what do I know?
A. The iPhone 4S is still the most popular smartphone on the market and is the best well-rounded. It has the best and widest selection of apps, and great functionality. Trust me, if you get an iPhone, you won't be disappointed. The Galaxy S2 is also a great phone, and a real contender to the iPhone. The Android operating system is more advanced, providing more functionality, customization, and has a great, large screen. I would not recommend an HTC phone any day. That fad has come and gone, and they're just worthless phones nowadays.
I would personally recommend an iPhone, and just like I said, you won't be disappointed.
