Q. i reckon it will have same design as iphone 4. probably not glass.. and i dont think it will be thinner.. its already thinner than the iphone 4. if they would make it thinner they have to get rid of some features.. im kinda dissapointed about the volume, it should be louder.
A. It probably will look pretty similar to the current iPad 2, just like the current iPad 2 looked similar to the previous iPad. It will probably have a slightly more powerful processor that can better handle better graphics, maybe increased screen resolution (that's a stretch), maybe the same or more powerful cameras as in the iPhone 4S, and maybe more RAM (from 512MB to 1GB...but that might be a stretch).
