Q. I have an LG Dare and I'm using a Kindle Fire charger. The LG Dare charger doesn't charge my phone completely, but the Kindle Fire charger works great and fully charges it. When I plug it in it says that it is "not authorized for the phone", or something like that. Is it okay anyway?
A. Yes but dont do it too often... It will eventually burn your battery up

Just with any other electrical appliance it doesn't have to be left on while charging. Let your phone.
