Q. Okay so I've been through two chargers in the past 8 months for my phone. I have the Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 ( not to sure about the last few digits) but what happens is the charger will fit for the few past months then won't fit. I'm able to wiggle the charger almost freely in the port. Has this happened with anyone else? Also, is there a charger set with a usb cable, regular charger and a car chargeelr for very cheap? Please any help is appreciated. :)
A. I don't have the same exact phone, but it's a Samsung Galaxy and I have the same issue. I bought my usb cable at Walmart for about $8, where it was $25 at the carrier store. You could probably by the regular charger and car charger there too for pretty cheap, check Amazon too though. Hope you can find one that works!
Connecting Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 to Laptop?
Q. I just got the Samsung Galaxy Gio S5660 so i planned to transfer some of my music and pictures from my laptop to the phone but when i connected it it popped up saying "Windows needs to install driver software for your Samsung Android USB Device" so i clicked on the recommended option - Locate and install software. then another thing popped up saying "Insert the disc that came with your Samsung Android USB Device" But i didn't get any disc when i bought my phone all i have is like a small card named SAMSUNG micros Adapter, so umm how do i connect to my laptop and yeah, and just letting you know, i'm not that great at technology so...sorry if this is a stupid question.

1. Under the download section, click on Software
2. Click on the file "exe"
3. Download, then install.

Q. Is there any safe way to update the firmware for Samsung Galaxy Gio GT-S5660 since Kies won't let me, saying this device doesn't support firmware updating.
