Q. I am looking to get the Samsung galaxy rugby LTE but I don't want to be spending 60dollars a month. Ideally I would not want to do the 3 year contract. I don't need any fancy add ons just simple calling, texting is fine right now. I don't know if you have to get a data plan? A prepaid/pay as you plan would be great. I like telus but would go through another provider. If you have any suggestions that would be great
A. If you are willing to pay the full price ($460 + tax) then you can have any plan you want, including prepaid. No contract is required when you buy the phone upfront.

Which Smartphone Should I Choose?
Q. I'm in the market for a midrange smartphone, nothing too fancy or expensive. I've narrowed my choices down to 3, I just need help choosing. I'm stuck between the Samsung Galaxy Rugby (which is waterproof, scratchproof, and shock proof; basically, "me" proof), the HTC One V, and the Motorola Motoluxe.
I've done my research and out of all 3, I'm leaning more towards the Motoluxe as the screen is slightly bigger than the other two, though I really do like the look of the HTC One V.
I was just curious as to which one you would think is the best out of the three?
A. I'd say the Samsung Galaxy Rugby, even though I havent heard of it, a phone with protection is better valued, I just bought a five hundred dollar phone that I constantly have to watch for keys, hair pins, water, scuffs, theft, and the battery sucks. So get something that'll last and get the job done.
