Q. I saw this really cool mp3 player called the samsung galaxy 5.0 and its a mp3 player from android and there's also the ipod touch 4g you can see both items from amazon that's where I found it and they both look cool and one question is the galaxy really a mp3 player because it looks like a phone and if it is a phone does it require a data plan? What mp3 player should I get
A. The Galaxy has a much larger display and even has GPS, I don't think ipod has that do they?
Plus there are many more free apps on the android market.
Can you put iTunes Podcasts on non Apple products?
Q. I need a new MP3 player, and I narrowed it down to the iPod touch and the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 5.0, and one of the deciding factors is whether or not I can play iTunes podcasts on it. By podcasts, I mean video podcasts, like the Kerrang! Podcast. So can I use them on non Apple products?
A. Yes you can, if they support quicktime. Apple uses quicktime to play videos so as long as your other product supports quicktime, it's not a problem. You could try converting the video from quicktime into another format as well, a format that the Samsung Galaxy supports.
Is the samsung galaxy MP3 player 5.0 a big difference from the 4.0?
Q. I'm thinking about getting the galaxy mp3 player but I only have $200 and the 5.0 is over that but the 4.0 is 200 I think and the galaxy does look nice but is the 5.0 really more better than the 4.0?
A. Ahhaah. Im typing on the 5.0 now. I think the only difference is the camera flash that the 4.0 doesnt have but the 5.0 does have. They both have the saame amount of pixels so, the 4.0 has better resolution. But, the 4.0 also has less battery life than the 5.0.Theyre both very good player though.
