Q. I have the Samsung Galaxy Precedent running off of straight talk with walmart. It runs on Sprint towers, and i have no service. Is switching it up possible at all? Or at least to switch from the phone running off of Sprint towers to Verizon towers? PLEASE HELLLLLP wah.
A. Straight Talk now offers a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim that runs off of Verizon towers. If your phone is under 30 days old you can take your phone to Wal-Mart and exchange it for a different model phone. If your phone is over 30 days old you could buy the Samsung Galaxy Proclaim from Wal-Mart, Wal-Mart.com, or Straight Talk.com and sell your current phone on E-bay to get some of your money back.
What games are compatible on both Android and the Ipod?
Q. I have the samsung galaxy on verizon. My friend has an Ipod, and we'd like to compete in games. However, even if we download similar games, like ninjump, there's still a slight difference in difficulty. Any suggestions?
A. None. Two completely different operating systems. Thats like buying a game for windows and installing it on a mac. It wont work
How much will Samsung galaxy S3 cost if my Verizon two-year contract is not up for an update yet?
Q. It's been about a year since I started my two year contract with Verizon I want to get to the Samsung galaxy S3 but I don't know how much it'll cost because my two year contract isn't up for an update yet. Is there anyway I can get this phone from Verizon without paying full retail price?
A. We were actually in the exact same boat. We ended up adding another line to get the discount price. We now have an extra line that is not in use that we are still paying monthly for but it was way better than paying $800 for a phone.
