A. You can't listen to music with your H390 as it does not support it. It only supports HFP 1.5 (hands free profile). It would need to support A2DP in order to be able to listen to music through it.

To transfer files using PC Studio, from a PC to the handset, follow the steps below:
These instructions assume you currently have PC Studio. If you do not, please check the Samsung Accessories site to purchase the software.
If the application is not yet installed, insert the CD into the drive on your PC and follow the on screen instructions to install PC Studio 3.0 (version 3.0.1)
NOTE: DO NOT CONNECT USB CABLE DURING PC STUDIO INSTALLATION
Confirm the handset's USB mode is set to PC Studio by following the steps below:
While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
Select Settings
Select Connectivity (6)
Choose Select USB Mode (4)
Highlight PC Studio, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key to Save the USB Mode settings
Launch PC Studio 3.0 (version 3.0.1), you will see "Not Connected" in the bottom right corner
Plug the USB cable into both the handset & the PC, you will now see "SGH-A707 Connected" in the bottom right corner
Click on Transfer Files, you will now see the PC Studio Phone Explorer appear
Navigate to the location of the file(s) to transfer then highlight the desired file(s)
Click on To Phone, on the Phone Explorer menu bar (See example above) to copy to the handset
From the Search Folder screen, Navigate to the desired destination on the handset
Click OK to copy the selected file to the handset's memory
PC Studio Checklist:
Make sure your USB or Serial cable is compatible with your phone model. You can always check for the correct data cable by looking at the model number on samsungmobile.com in your phone's accessories section.
If you are using a Bluetooth dongle or IrDa port as your connection, the necessary driver(s) should be provided with their data kit and should be correctly installed and set up prior to the installation of PC Studio.
Hints & Tips:
Remember to select file formats and file sizes supported by the phone when uploading files to the phone from the PC.
Remember to select the correct destination folder in the phone when uploading files to the phone from the PC (e.g. mp3/aac files-> music folder, jpeg/gif files-> downloaded images folder, 3gp/mpeg4 files-> downloaded videos folder...)

To transfer MP3 files, from a PC via a memory card, requires that you have a Memory Card, Memory Card Adaptor & Memory Card Reader. The memory card must first be formatted, by the handset, in order for the handset to create the playable download folders (Audio & Music).
To format a memory card follow the steps below:
While in standby mode, insert the memory card into the memory card slot, located on the right side of the handset
Press the left soft key for Menu
Select My Stuff
Highlight Memory Card, using the left or right navigation keys
Press the left soft key for Options
Select Memory Card Settings (5)

Paste the MP3 files into the memory card's Audio or Music folder

Transferring Music Using Windows Media Player
The USB cable, memory card, and a current version of the Windows Media Player are required for this procedure.
1. Open Windows Media Player (version 10.0 or higher) on your PC.
2. Use the USB cable to connect both the handset & the target PC. When the Select USB Mode window appears on the handset display select Media Player.
3. Confirm the handset's USB mode is set to Media Player by following the steps below:
While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
Select Settings
Select Connectivity (6)
Choose Select USB Mode (4)
Highlight Media Player, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key to Save the USB Mode settings
4. Once the USB connection has been established, the handset displays "Connected" and the PC screen will show the a707 handset device.
Note: If the PC does not detect the newly connected handset or provide an MTP Player dialog window on the PC screen, please follow steps 6 - 10 from the SGH-a707 user guide "Transferring Music from the Digital Music Stores" on page 102.
5. From the Windows Media Player application, click on the Sync tab. Previously downloaded songs are listed on the left side.
6. Choose the destination location for the media files. Both the SGH-a707 â Phone and SGH-a707 Card entries appear in a drop-down list on the right side of the screen. This location selection determines whether the audio files will be synchronized with the Phone or with the memory card.
Note: If there are no items present in the playlist, click the Edit Play list button and begin adding the music files.
7. Click to check the boxes (to the left of the song) to select the song you want to synchronize to your handset.
8. Click the Start Sync button at the upper left corner to download the selected songs to your handset. A âsynchronization in progressâ message will appear. DO NOT unplug the handset during this process. Once complete, a Music folder will appear below the SGH-a707 entry on the right of the Sync tab.
9. Now it is safe to unplug the USB connector from the handset.
