A. Depends on the mobile device and the company and plan you are with. I am with ATT and I have a htc windows 8 phone and it has a setting named internet sharing that makes a wifi hot spot. If you have an android heres a good software to tether your phone to the computer https://tether.com/android/windows
Sorry I missed read the original question here put this in a notepad dude and save it as a bat file
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid="anyname" key="anypassword" keyUsage=persistent
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
netsh wlan show hostednetwork
pause
name it start wifi and change "anyname" and "anypassword" to what you want them to be.
then when u wanna stop it heres a code for that too
netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
netsh wlan show hostednetwork
pause
yep that should do it and connect to the network with your phone.
Why can I receive text messages but not send them?
