Q. I have a pair of X11s, primarily for gaming. I noticed that the headset has a USB plug that is the power source. I also noticed that the charger for my Samsung Galaxy has a USB to wall jack adapter, one where you can plug the USB end of the android computer charger into it and charge it through the wall. Can I plug my Turtle Beach headset into this adapter, directly to the wall?
A. if its a usb to wall charger, yes.

Q. I have lost the wall charger, i got the usb cable the thing is it wont charge with my laptop (Macbook Pro). Im kinda afraid to use a usb car charger or something like that. Is it safe to use the car usb charger? any suggestions with the chargers? i'm not if i can find locally the genuine one.

A. The reason you cant charge with your computer is that the USB port does not supply enough power. Charging from your car charger doesnt sound like a good idea either.
Go to some electronic shop (or eBay) and look for a USB to wall power adapter.

Q. I just received my new 4g phone and was quickly disappointed when I realized that it will not charge. I put the battery inside, plug it up to the wall only to see the battery display for a brief second, then it turns back off. It repeats this process until there is no power going into it. Can anyone help me with this?
A. the spot were you connect your charger is messed up. They fix it for free though
