Q. Hi,
Whenever I connect my Samsung Galaxy S3 to the laptop (win7 64) it says: MTP usb device failed.
Can anyone help me please? Is there anyway to transfer pictures and video from my laptop to the phone by using it like a usb (without a wifi connection or the micro sd)?
Thanks.
A. this shouldnt be a problem. try putting your phone in mass storage mode when you hook it up. if all else fails contact samsung they can send you the drivers for your comp so it will recognize your phone when its connected

Q. I just bought a SanDisk 64 GB microSDXC card for my Samsung Galaxy Note. I've put it into the mobile phone, hoping that it would work like it was reported a numerous times on the internet. The phone was not able to read the card.
Now, I've read that the card needs to go through some process of formatting before it can be used. Is that true? And if so, what software should I use for formatting?
A. yes, maybe you can try formatting, then try again.
