i paid Vodafone to turn on gprs.
but how do i get my mobile to access the internet??

A. i think you mean to say activate gprs, in some operators its always preactivated
when gprs is activated on your number you may receive a message or you get the gprs symbol (refer your manual for knowing your symbol)
then you need to either manually enter your gprs (PC),wap (cell ), mms settings or install them directy from your network by sending sms to a service number so i better recommend you to contact your customer care no. for receivng settings for net usage, they will surely help you

Q. I just got a new Samsung galaxy 3 and I love it but I can't figure out how to make it vibrate on silent mode,, do I have to go somewhere in settings or can I just not do that on this phone?
A. yes go to settings sound the find vibration there...I dont have realy an S3 but i have galaxy young and i think it has the same setting menu despite that it is a very diff. phone :)
How do you turn mobile data off on a samsung galaxy 3?
Q. I used to be able just pull down the little tab thing on top of the home screen. The one with wifi, bluetooth, GPS, sound, screen rotation then mobile data and some others. But I downloaded some ATT device manager this morning and my mobile data on/off disappeared. Its still in settings but. I would really like it back on the main screen in the little pull down tab. Its a samsung galaxy 3 .. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
A. I noticed the same thing after updating. I don't even see the mobile data in my settings... Help!
