Q. I want to buy Samsung Galaxy S II 4G Android Phone (AT&Tor other types of network) in USA ,it is with no no contract changes,does is mean I can use it in other SIM or can I use it in China ?? If not how can I use it in China?? And what kind type of network does the phone use ?? I want to use GSM and WCDMA in China.

No contract stands for that the phone you buy doesn't require singing up for 2 year plan with service provider.
To use it in China you must to buy an unlocked phone, which means that the phone can be use with different GSM service providers. In that case you need to only slip in your active SIM card to activate the phone.

A. I just got mine today, the plain black. I had a 100 dollar discount because of some credit thingy in my account and still I had to pay about 150.00, plus a phone case so like 100$ total, but you get a mail and rebait and they give you back 100$ dollars through the mall, but you have to call and remind them or they won't. It's an amazing phone. (:
