Q. I'm just after buying a Samsung Galaxy Ace which was Vodafone but is now unlocked and I have my O2 sim put it. However it won't allow me to use Google Play or even let me sign into my Gmail account on the phone. How can I fix this? I have already installed the configuration updates that I recieved from O2 by text.
A. The only way, contact Google services, or a you're retailer.
I have never had this problem, so usually no phone is alike.

My android is locked and wont let me sign in with gmail?
Q. Alright so my friends played a joke on me and what they did was they deliberately got the phone pattern wrong on my android, (Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus). They did it so much that i ended up having to use my gmail account and login with that. It seemed simple at the time, but now not so much. Whenever i try to sign in with my gmail account it simply will not work. The username and password are both correct and yet it still will not let me to unlock my phone. I tried changing my password a few times to see if that would work, but no, that didnt change anything it still would not work. I can successfully sign in to gmail on my laptop and im fine with that, its just my phone however which does not work. I have taken the battery out and the SIM card and put them back in a couple of times, i have tried all the things i have come up with, heck i even wrote it a love song. So can someone please help me and provide some explanation to resolve this problem because i am completely out of ideas and patience.... thanks... :(
A. isnt there an option to answer some security questions, like "whats your mothers maiden name"?
then you could just use that to unlock the phone
