Q. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on October 16 and eveything worked fine. I called people with this phone at least 5 times since i text a lot, but today my sister called me and I heard her, but she cant hear me. At first I thought there was something wrong with her phone, but when I called my other sister, she couldnt hear me. Then i called my mom and she couldnt hear me either, but i can hear all of them. When i use an earphone, they can hear me, but when i unplugged it, they cant. I know my phone is not on mute since i checked it a lot of times, and when i recorded a video, i can hear my voice. So it cant be the microphone... I dont know.if you guys have this problem, let me know. I plan on going to a local tmobile store in the next two days and askt hem about it. I also dont want to reset my phone. Its such a hassel to redownload everything and setting the device up. Thank you.
If we're both on speakerphone, she can hear me. If she turns off her speakerphone while im still on mine, she can hear me. However, when i turn off my speakerphone and she turns hers on, she cannot hear me. Then we both turned off our speakerphones and I can hear her, but she cant hear me. It's a new phone too. Do you think tmobile will replace it for free? I bought it last month. Its not even a month old yet.
I meant phone, not phine.
A. Hello!
I am mobile Repairing engineer! This problem is happened only when Micro Mic or Headphone Connecting pin is demage, but I'll tell u in very simple ways to check weather your phone MIC is Demage or ur Headphone connecting pin,
1st step, During calling, switch to Loud speaker Mode, If someone is still not hearing ur Voice, that its means ur Micro Mic is Demage, (Change it 100% solution solve)
2nd step, Hearing ur voice only in Loud Speaker Mode, That its means, ur Headphone Connector Pin is demage (Try cleaning inner area or replace to repair new pin, 100% solution solve)
...............................Thank You!
