Am I using internet in the backround?
Q. I have a Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G (I don't know if that matters but yeah). Am I using the internet by doing this?
1) I am using the internet right now.
2) I press the home button
Am I using internet in the backround? And if I am is it affecting my data plan?
A. your internet browser will be in the background but it won't use any more data unless you are on a site that's streaming video or music or some dynamic website like cnn.com which updates and refreshes the page often.
So stay away from those site after you are done with your browser and you should be all good.
Why does my yahoo account keep asking me to change my password when my account hasn't been comprimised?
Q. Ever since I bought my new phone, samsung galaxy relay, i set up my yahoo account on my phone to receive automatic emails. Every 4 days or so my yahoo account is locked on my phone and I have to access my account on a lap/desk top. When I log in yahoo ask me to change my password, this is very annoying. How can I make this stop? Help!
A. Hi Suzan,
I've fully investigated your concern. It looks like your Yahoo! account is continually being locked to prevent unauthorized access to your account. This happens when we detect suspicious activity, which can include spam being sent from the account or logins from unrecognized locations. My first suggestion is to check your Login Activity to see if there are log ins from locations that you do not recognize. Here's how:

I do see that you've changed your password. Please be sure that it's a strong one. Use the guidelines in the Yahoo! Security Center to create a secure password:
http://security.yahoo.com/article.html?aid=2006102509
You may also need to remove permissions to access to your Yahoo! account from any external application or website connections by managing permissions from the Manage App and Website Connections section of the Account Information page.

If you have followed all of the suggested steps above and this continues to happen, you may need to scan your computer for malware. Please see the following instructions:
After a password change it can still cause problems: Malware installed on your system may still cause your account to send spam after a password change.
You don't know it's there: Malware can be installed on your computer without your knowledge.
Use software designed to eradicate it: Malware can hide on your hard drive, so you need to use software specifically designed to find and delete it.
We recommend that you obtain software to run a scan for malware: If your operating system includes anti-malware software, you should review your system's security settings and make sure they are turned on and up to date.
Important! Once you have completed a malware scan, change your password again.
I hope this information helps!
