Q. A T-Mobile employee informed me if I go into the Samsung site and enter my serial number for my Samsung Galaxy Note 2, I'll get a free case.
I don't see where I can enter my # or claim the case.
A. That was a short lived promotion. They ran out of cases. (Bummer, I know).
I think to supplement them running out of cases they were offering 20-30% off the case when purchased through the site. (this is BS because the same case is cheaper on amazon than the discounted case off samsung's website.)

Q. I had the iphone 4 and special ordered otterbox and griffin cases to match my style or to suite me. But I upgraded to the note 2 and so far I can't find any cases that suite me. I bought a griffin survivor that I wasn't crazy about but looked better than plain black and I wasn't able to use it cause it interfered with the phone use during calls. It covers up sensors on the phone. I have looked at otterbox and urban amor and neither have anything pink or girly looking. Someone said try life proof but they don't make them for the note 2. I am using a cheap nock off for now but I want something good that is protective just incase but I want something with a bit of color not just black gray or white. Is there anything along these lines out there for my phone? Please point me in the right direction. I don't care what brand it is as long as it fits my needs. Thanks
A. I just bought an iPhone 4s skin from styleflip.com. They let you customize your own sticker that lays on the front and back of the phone and it will protect your phone from scratches and scrapes and it is really durable. I was able to customize the iPhone skin with a bright pink color! The best part of the process was that it was sent to me really quickly! Good luck!!
