Q. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab, with a usb adapter. I want to use my stereo speakers to play music on it, but I don't know how because the cords and plugs are confusing.
A. You cannot simply plug any pair of speakers into a tablet and expect to hear sound. I am assuming the speakers are passive, i.e., they're not amplified. The tablet cannot amplify full sized speakers like they do for headphones. You'll need to hook up the headphone output of your tablet to a stereo input on an amplifier, and then connect the speakers to the amplifier. Otherwise you can simply connect a set of powered computer speakers to the tablet. If you don't have an amp and want something minimal you can always get one of those small T-amps like the link below.

Will my phone usb charger adapter work for other things?
Q. I've a Samsung Galaxy phone, the charger is simlpy a usb cord wih a wall adapter. Since it is just a usb cord adapter, is it safe to assume that I can use the adapter for other usb charging cords, specifically a PSP.
A. I use my HTC adapter for charging up my LG 3D tv shutter glasses because you don't get supplied with a charger..just a usb cable.
I'm assuming because you can use the usb cable plugged into a pc or laptop to charge a phone you can charge other things too if its plugged into the charger instead as the voltage should be the same.
How to turn an old bluetooth earpiece into an adapter for my tv?
Q. Something I would like to be able to do is connect my Samsung Galaxy SII to my 40 inch Toshiba LED tv.
The problem is my tv doesn't have bluetooth, and I don't like the idea of having to spend 30-50 dollars right now for a proper adapter. So I had a couple questions.
So my first question was if one of these tiny cheap adapters would allow me to watch video, listen to music, etc. (or maybe even see everything I'm doing on my phone?) from my phone, if I plugged it into my tv. It seems like it is only used to connect devices like a wireless mouse or keyboard to computers, would it work for what I need?

My next question is as follows. Could I turn an old bluetooth earpiece, made for a cellphone, into an adapter for my tv? I know it would take some modifying....if it's even possible.... But if it is how would I do this?
Thank you for reading!
A. That adapter is for a PC which can run drivers and a Bluetooth Stack.
What you want is an Bluetooth audio transmitter (plugs into TV audio out) . But you need one you can pair to BT headsets.
But if you want to watch video on your phone, you get a Slingbox or similar device and hook to your TV source box. Bluetooth and your TV is not involved.
