Q. i accidentally dropped my samsung galaxy note 10.1 and i think that it has ether a scratch or a crack in the aluminium par.t the strange thing is that it was inside a case before it fell so i don't know whether it is really a scratch or a crack or even a dirt that wont get out. and i tried to clean it with a small tissue with some drops of water and it got a little better.
so please tell if there is a way to clean it whiter its a scratch or a crack or even dirt

A. just use a little dab of the same color paint and rub it by the scratch. i think that will help

Q. I thinking about getting a galaxy note tab for writing stories and essays for class because I hate typing. Could the things I write on this convert to ms word or something?
A. The Galaxy Note 10.1 uses Google play store which has over 900k apps by now, you can simply use the alternate to MS office I.e the quickoffice pro, officesuite etc. You can create document which can later be read on most of the devices including your laptop.

Samsung galaxy note 10.1 stuck on logo screen?
Q. I used my note 10.1 around 1pm and it didn't seem to have any issues, played a little bit of mine craft but that was all.
Then came to bed at 10:30 and it was off, thinking it was odd I switched it back on and now it is stuck on the Samsung logo, it seems to keep rebooting, getting to the ring around the company name, then staying there until the next reboot.
I have never dropped, knocked or in any way damaged my tablet (I am extremely careful) so I doubt its something internal.
Does anybody have a clue on how to overcome this?
Worse case scenario, is it still under warranty (was given to me at Christmas)
