Q. Actually, it's a Wood Stove. My roommate Douses some Kindling with Lighter Fluid, tosses a match on it and a couple minutes later throws a big Log of Oak and it burns perfectly.
He thinks he is a genius for figuring out such a brilliant idea for starting fires. All these years I've been crumpling up paper, strategically placing pieces of Kindling and gradually stoking the fire with smaller pieces of Cedar before I would dare put a big log of oak in the fire.
My Question Is:
Is it really a good idea to use lighter fluid in a wood stove? Or any possible dangers?
I know there is a reason why nobody I know does this. Please Help!

A. no it is not a good idea for a number of reason. you can buy fire starters at wal mart for 49 cents a piece just break off some and add it to your wood light a piece and it stays lit long enough to light the rest of the wood a few small pieces in the woood and it will get your fire going.i use these when we go camping and they are great thy're not the real big ones and they break up easily
How to turn down the brightness of my kindle fire screen?
Q. I have papillademia (swollen optic nerve) I love watching movies or reading on my kindle, but the light of the screen is so bright it's killing my eyes! I had the same problem with my iPad but then I turned down the light on the screen and it's better an the same be done with my kindle. If so how do I do it?

A. Press the upper right of the screen. That will bring up a ribbon menu. Choose Brightness and then adjust the brightness to your comfort level.
Can I somehow transfer my Crambooks(Barron's and Rae) onto my Kindle? Or do I have to repurchase them?
Q. Just got a new kindle, and AP exams are soon. This kindle is light and portable compared to my crambooks. Is there a way to transfer onto kindle? Any suggestions would be useful

Looks like you've been cramming too much. Look at the screen... this is "Camcorders" not "PDAs & Handhelds" (where the Kindle/Nook types hang out) or "Books & Authors".
Are your cram books in electronic form? (e-book or PDF?)
If so, you can transfer them easily. But, if your Barron's etc are just in print form, you'd have to scan them digitally (which would be a pain).
