Q. I have baught a samsung galaxy sII few days ago. Now i m facing a big problem. My mobile hangs when I play music. It's screen goes completely dark and no key works. I have to take the battery of to restart. Plz plz plz help me out to find a solution. Thanks in advance!
A. Have you installed too many apps on your phone? If yes, then uninstall the ones which you don't use to free up some space. Secondly there might be a read error on the SD card. Try changing. Install a free app called "fast reboot" from the Google Play Store. This will free up some memory.
Samsung Galaxy - is there a way to change the setting for pictures of contacts during an incoming calls?
Q. Hi guys. This is a dumb question and I apologize in advance but maybe there is a way to change this. So I have a new Samsung Galaxy Mini cell phone and I don't like the way the pictures assigned to contacts show during incoming calls, they are small and I'm thinking maybe there is a way how to change the settings or something like that so that the pictures would be fullscreen. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks-
A. Unfortunately currently I don't believe there is a way to enlarge the photo for incoming calls. The area that the picture shows up in is preprogrammed specifically to fit that area of the screen.

How to connect a samsung galaxy ace to a laptop?
Q. Just got my daughter a new samsung galaxy ace mobile and she is trying to transfer music from her laptop to her phone but when we connect the phone to the laptop with the USB cable it doesn't recognise the device, we didn't get a disc with the phone and im unsure if there is something we can download from the samsung site or elsewhere that would allow us to connect both together to allow her to transfer her music to her phone, thank you in advance :-)
