A. No. Nokia themes are designed for phones with S40 or S60. If you had a Sasmung Omnia HD, then those themes would've worked. But Android and Symbian are two different OSs. Therefore, they cannot work.
You could try and download a different launcher (eg: Go Launcher) on the Android Market and then find a theme designed for the launcher.

A. Actually, you should wait for the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 which is said to be the real successor (and a really good one) to the Galaxy Ace. If the Galaxy Ace 2 isn't out by your birthday, you should get the Galaxy Ace Plus instead then. Or even the LG Optimus Black.
Keep in mind that the Omnia II is actually a Windows Mobile phone, not an Android phone and also, it's super old.
