Q. I have the opportunity to take either the android developer course, but i also have to pay for java development course as well. I also have the opportunity to take the ios development where objective-c is included. I already own a macbook. I think in the future I may learn to do both.
What the pros and cons of both?
Which would i be able to profit from better?
Which platform would be easier to learn?
A. Android development requires a base in Java. Hence Java is always better.
Not only that it supports multiple phone operating systems too, so its another big help.

A. I think you will better learn these things alone. It is better and quicker. You need a certificate ? Go to make a good app and it will talk for itself.
What's the best Android version for an android developer ?
Q. What's the best version of Android for an android developer (apps compatibility, features, ease of use, speed...)
Thanks
A. If you are making an android app then the lower versions should be forward compatible to higher versions and you can choose which level to create the apps against when you set up the project.
Froyo (2.2 I think) is probably a good base version to choose to develop against for compatibility, I don't think there is that many phones still using eclair. If there are features in gingerbread you absolutely need then go for that. Honeycomb would just be if you are making a tablet specific app.
The newer the version the more features you will have available but this could lock out older versions.
