A. If you're seeing those daily deals, you've bought your Kindle Fire with special offers. It's at a cheaper price, so Amazon put ads on it to subsidize the cost. You get to opt-out to get rid of the ads, and there'll be some built-in images displayed as wall paper on the Kindle.

2) Buy a portable hotspot and pay the monthly bill. (Or save up and buy the router).
3) Return your Kindle Fire HD to Amazon and buy the Kindle Fire HD that has the rather inexpensive 4G data plan that you pay for yearly.
