Q. Over the weekend, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy cell phone, USB micro data cable, holster for the phone, a pair of sun glasses, and four SIM cards on eBay. The cell phone cost me $160. The other items cost me between $1 to $4 for each one. After I checked out, PayPal limited my account, held the smaller transactions, and reversed the transaction for the phone. When I talked to PayPal about this, they stated it was because the suspected fraud. Yet, I have made more expensive purchases over the past few months, and I have sold things on eBay for prices up to $600. The funds for the items I sold went to this same exact PayPal account. So the limitation was removed and the smaller transactions were sent through. I resubmitted the payment last night around 9PM EST. This afternoon, the seller told me that the funds were being held in his account. He also said that PayPal told him that I needed to call to get the funds released to him. I called PayPal to ask them about this and they said that the seller had to call to get the funds released. At this point, I became upset because no one could be straight with me or the seller about what was going on. When asked why they were holding the funds, they told me that it is to "ensure that I am protected" and that they will hold the funds for 24 to 48 hours from the time of the transaction to do so. How that protects me, I don't know. I asked them how it protects me and from what they said, they don't know either because they could not give mean answer. I brought the sellerâs feedback to their attention and made it clear that he sold thousands of phones, and that the vast majority of the sellerâs feedback was for transactions that are $200-$300 or more. Their response was "what if he gets the money but does not send you the phone?" That's kind of a retarded thing to say right after I mentioned the sellerâs feedback history. My question is, is it legal for PayPal to hold the funds like that for 24 to 48 hours and if they do not release the funds by 9PM EST tomorrow, what legal options do I have to pursue against PayPal?

Phone case for an LG Venice?
Q. I just upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy Prevail to the newest Boost phone, the LG Venice. The phone hasn't arrived yet, but I can't seem to find a site that sells an actual case for the phone vs a pouch/holster. From my understanding, this phone was previously the LG Splendor US730. I've been looking under that title as well, but still can't seem to come across anything that I would like and want to purchase. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can purchase a case, not some leather pouch? The phone should be here within a couple days and I would like to have a case for it before using it full time. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
A. Just found a site fommy.com they only have 1 case not pretty for a girl but serves it's purpose. Hope that helps.
headphones for samsung galaxy S2?
Q. I am looking for a headphone compatible with that SGS2 and that does the following:
-volume
-track(forward and backward), pause music
-handles calls.
i dont if if that headphone Sony bluetooth MW600 and Bose MIE2 are compatible. Doe someone knows?
Please can I get more suggestions.
Thanks for the help
A. I like Plantronic's backbeat 903 dual headset. There are pros and cons. Pros: super clear sounding, handles calling very well, light weight, very comfortable, charges within 1.5 hour. Cons: it gets disconnected off and on when listening music outdoors(this only happens when listening to music. you must buy a holster for the phone, otherwise signal will be disrupted when the phone is covered; when using indoors, you're fine), it messes up the back of your hair sometimes.
