Q. I'm thinking of getting the S3 when I upgrade at the end of this month with Verizon. Do I need to get a screen protector for it or should I just trust the Gorilla Glass 2?
A. My personal preference is no protective covers. Sure there is a market for them... but I do not touch my phone with weird and sharp foreign objects.
I do not like the covers, because they DO scratch and eventually get cloudy because they are plastic and then look ugly. Then you have to replace the thing, which was a pain in the first place... lining it up just right... laying it on without bubbles.
It just feels better without it... (I tried that one on my girlfriend... she didn't care LMAO)
The scratch resistance is for real! It's not a gimmick. You'll be OK!
Really though, unless you act like a child with your phone, you will be just fine.
Trust yourself, and buy the insurance... just in case.

I took a Lumia 900. (Store Demo) It has the same glass. I took a metal tipped ink pen too it. Yeah I know, it's not that sharp. Anyway, I laid into that glass with it... and it is still absolutely perfect.
how do you add music to the samsung galaxy s3?
Q. Ive tried adding the music files through windows media player but windows media player doesn't pickup my phone in the sync options. Is there any other way?
A. Just use Sony's Media GO program http://www.mediago.sony.com/enu/features it's what i use and it works perfectly. It lets you sync with iTunes and it'll automatically convert and add any video files you want to add to your phone. Also in case Media Go doesn't pickup the phone when you connect it start Media Go first and then connect your phone to the computer.
how do I turn on the speech recognition on for my rosetta stone on the galaxy tablet.?
Q. Rosetta stone did install but is not recognizing the speech component. I cannot seem to have it turned on although I have an in built microphone. I cannot use the e-total app for Samsung tabs because this is an enterprise account and needs to run on the internet.
A. Hi Arby,
The best way to access your Rosetta Stone tablet is by using the app. You mentioned that you have an enterprise account, so you'll need to fill out an additional field before you sign in. I've included an article with step by step instructions on how to log in with an enterprise account (success.rosettastone.com/articles/en_US/Text/Rosetta-Stone-TOTALe-Companion-for-Android-Quick-Startfor-Learners).
If you have any additional questions or need any assistance logging into the app, please don't hesitate to submit a case at success.rosettastone.com and our support teams would be more than happy to help you!
