HTC Desire HD and Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate.
Can someone please give me the pros and cons of both?

A. Yes. Do a factory hard reset (in your settings). It will revert your phone to just the same way when you bought it. All your information will be wiped clean. if the phone has not been reported lost, stolen, or a bill is owed, the phone will be clear for activation. If someone asks for your ESN number, it is the IMED number under the battery.

A. As of right now, with the ones that are currently available, they are the Galaxy S Series.
Verizon - Fascinate/Continuum
At&t - Captivate
Sprint - Epic 4G
T Mobile - Vibrant and Galaxy S 4G (Feb 23rd)
In a few months though, there will be the sequel to these the, Galaxy S II, with dual-core processors, Super AMOLED + displays (But still 800x480 resolution), larger(?) batteries (1650mAh), thinner profiles, less cheap plastic feel, Android 2.2 (Or was it 2.3.. either way it's more modernized/recent/advanced), an 8 Megapixel Camera, and 1080p video capture and Playback.
