A. If you really all the advanced features of an expensive smartphone, then I would go ahead and get the Galaxy Nexus. It's generally a good phone and supposedly receives the latest Android updates before any other phone, as it is a "pure Google" device. Monthly plans will vary based on how many minutes/texts you wish to sign up for, how much data you need, etc. Hope this helps!

A. Those are both good. Between those I would get the Nexus. But If I were buying a phone today I would get the RAZR MAXX over both of those.
Since my phone is now wrongfully banned, what happens if I need a replacement Galaxy Nexus?

It's ridiculous that this happened and Apple has no right to have claimed infringement, but nonetheless, what happens to me now, if I need a replacement phone? (ie, i broke the phone, lost it, it got stolen, etc.)
A. Of course, the best option is a protection plan that will cover your needs. There are many places to buy a protection, but the one I like is Ensquared. A protection plan from there covers accidental loss and damage. Also, it's either 58.99 for a year or 99.99 for two years. It's important to note, though, that they only cover devices that are less than 90 days old.

If your device is too old, don't worry. Chances are it won't be banned forever. In fact, Google is working on a patch so it won't be banned anymore.
