A. Those are both good. Between those I would get the Nexus. But If I were buying a phone today I would get the RAZR MAXX over both of those.

It's ridiculous that this happened and Apple has no right to have claimed infringement, but nonetheless, what happens to me now, if I need a replacement phone? A. Of course, the best option is a protection plan that will cover your needs. There are many places to buy a protection, but the one I like is Ensquared. A protection plan from there covers accidental loss and damage. Also, it's either 58.99 for a year or 99.99 for two years. It's important to note, though, that they only cover devices that are less than 90 days old.

If your device is too old, don't worry. Chances are it won't be banned forever. In fact, Google is working on a patch so it won't be banned anymore.
