Q. I use a Samsung Galaxy Y which is brand new (newly purchased) and yes, I press save after arranging the icons in the main menu each time. Problem persists even in Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 as well after one and a half years. Please help, I don't want to have to keep arranging the main menu after transfering files via USB and the original arrangement is dreadful.
A. I had the same problem also, don't freak out lime I did. It's just the phone refreshing the files of the app, which the widget is a file also. So the default is an android with a gear in front of it correct? If so relax give it some time, or if you want it quicker restart the phone.
Can I connect a Canon 600D dslr to an Android phone and directly save the pictures to the phone?
Q. I have a canon 600d dslr. I was wondering if there's an application for my samsung galaxy mini android 2.3 gingerbread phone, using which I can control my dslr and save the pics I click directly to my cellphone.
A. No.
if you owned a Nikon D3200, you could do that...
How do you put music on a Samsung Galaxy Mini?
Q. How do you put music on a Samsung Galaxy Mini?
A. Hey,
the phone should have come with a USB-wire. You need to have the Samsung Kies software installed to your computer in order for music transfer to work. You can download Kies from here --> http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobilesoftwaremanual/mobilesoftwaremanual.do?page=MOBILE.SOFTWARE.MANUAL
Plug in the USB-cord in to your computer and open Kies. If it still does not work then you should search the settings of your phone to find a "mass storage mode". Once you've found that, activate it. If you really want to use your phone for music, I suggest you use the memory card when transferring the music, as the phone memory easily gets full form all the applications. Usually the Samsung Galaxy Mini ships with a 2 GB one. That should be enough for around 20 or so albums. So find the E: memory when using Kies, and put the music there. The phone should automatically find the music, and put it to the music player.
And I'm sorry if this does not completely work, I my self always just use a usb-microSD card reader and transfer the music straight there instead of using some software, so I don't really have experience in that.. But I hope this helps at least some :)
