Q. I have a Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 and it uses a 30 pin connector. I have a Samsung connected that came with it that works fine and I have an iPhone. Both devices use a 30 pin connector to charge and download things. But when I went to plug my iPhone charger in to my galaxy tab, it wouldn't go in! I looks like it would fit and there's nothing wrong with it. Are apple connectors just not compatible or something?
A. Yes, the connector is not compatible as Apple would probably sue Samsung if they made their connector exactly the same!

Q. I have lost the wall charger, i got the usb cable the thing is it wont charge with my laptop (Macbook Pro). Im kinda afraid to use a usb car charger or something like that. Is it safe to use the car usb charger? any suggestions with the chargers? i'm not if i can find locally the genuine one.

A. The reason you cant charge with your computer is that the USB port does not supply enough power. Charging from your car charger doesnt sound like a good idea either.
Go to some electronic shop (or eBay) and look for a USB to wall power adapter.

A. Short answer:
Yes, but it will be a slow charge, especially if it is on.
Two reasons for that. 1) USB is normally current-limited, meaning devices are not supposed to pull a lot of power without permission. Apple and Samsung use different methods of checking, so an Apple cable/charger will charge the note slowly. 2) an iphone charger is weaker than a tablet charger and can only provide half of what the device wants, even with the right cable.
