A. I do not know about the yearbook part, probably just an upload from a desktop computer.
But I move photos to my Mac from ipad by emailing them to myself. Or syncing to your desktop cpu would probably allow you to move them also.

A. If you are trying to contact your brother similiary to using the Facetime app through Facebook, then no. No you can not.
Why is the iPad camera so crap?
Q. Whenever I take pictures using the iPad camera they are always really pixalated and of terrible quality. Why is that?
A. The iPad 2 (9.7 inch) camera or any other cameras on a tablet device weren't specifically meant for taking photos or videos (unlike smartphones). Because of the big display, tablets including iPad are more ideal for video chatting. The camera on iPhone 4 takes way better quality photos http://wp.me/pG7Vh-1v6 because its screen size is similar to any other digital camera. The main reason Apple included camera on iPad 2 is because of FaceTime or other video chatting services.
