Q. Okay, I want to put some old videos on to my kindle fire or my ipod. But the videos aren't in my documents, or videos or photos. They're only present in windows media player. Well, there are some videos in a certain library that I can just drag onto a little column to the right that says 'sync' (in windows media player). But the videos I'd like to put on to my kindle or ipod are in a different library. So I clicked on that library, and tried to drag them to the 'sync' column, but it doesnt work. So I tried dragging them to the desktop,then documents, no luck. Someone please tell me why I can drag certain videos to sync to my kindle, but not the ones I need?
A. Hi, friend. As I know, kindle fire supports mp4 video. If your video are in mp4 format, you can copy and paste it to kind file for playback.
If not, you can follow this guide to convert your video to kindle fire compatible video, this way works well for me.

Music should work without problem. Just you may not be able to get books that are not exported to UK, it's just the same as actual books.
