A. it doesnt charge when u plug into computer.. u need to go to the apple store and they have a special charger which is also a stand. or u can buy the thing where u plug it into the outlet. but no matter what it doesnt charge if u plug it into the computer. its really stupid. good luck! by the way im typing this from my ipad 2 too lol.

A. The battery life on an ipad is really bad
But you can increase batterylife by turning down the brightness and the volume
Also if you are in a place without wifi, just turn the wifi off
