A. You don't go and just learn iOS. It isn't something you learn. Start with "The C Programming Language", then graduate to "Programming In Objective-C", and then graduate up to the CocoaTouch API's web documentation, and you won't even need an iOS book. Mobile development, especially iOS development, is a lot more straightforward than PC development, but much more difficult as there are not as many tools and API's available. If the straightforwardness of mobile development were applied to PC development, I would be in love with that platform.
