The perfect solution would be if I could connect my laptop and samsung tablet to complete the drawing on my laptop, but in case I have to finish it on my samsung tablet and then upload online, so be it. Question is, is there a good app for that?
A. There is an app for almost anything. The hard part is finding it. I would search the app store with certain key words to see what kind of results you would get. Depending on what you are willing to spend will determine what kind of software you could get. Then again there is some really good freeware out there.

A. Not knocking the iPad 2, because it is decent, but Android devices are more versatile than the iOS devices due to limits placed on development for iOS, you can fine what you need for both, but you will have more selection for Android devices.
