A. You can use a simple cleaning solution. They sell them all over the place! They work great! Just make sure you get a soft cloth or you'll put some tiny scratches on the screen! Good luck!

A. Sorry, but yes, that is a typical generic 'cut-and-paste' scam site. It has only been 'up' on the web for this year. It's not a long-standing company. It's not a company at all. It's a scammer individual.
Any site that has no actual phone number given or no actual physical address given is a scam site. This guy says the address is 'Boston, MA'. Great. That really narrows it down, huh? And even that statement may be a lie.
Sorry, but you got scammed. There's no feasible way to track the scammer down.
