Q. My boyfriend bought me a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim for Christmas, and last night it decided it did not need to work for me anymore. The battery was getting low, so I plugged it in to charge it, but it wouldn't take a charge. Even when plugged in, the battery percentage keep dropping, even though the lightening bolt thing was over the battery showing it was plugged in. That would go on and off though. It is completely dead now, will not take a charge. Does this sound like a battery issue, or a hardware issue?
A. It could be a battery issue, or a hardware issue, or both. Try charging the phone on a different charger if it works, then the charger is the issue. If not, then the phone might be faulty. If it is less than a year old, contact your carrier to invoke the warranty to get the phone replaced.
How do I make Google my home page on my cell phone?
Q. I have a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim and I downloaded the game Bubble Birds and I deleted it because I started to dislike it. But it made my home page Bing. I am not too fond of Bing.
I want Google to be my home page but I can't find anything to make it my home page. Please help me, I hate having to go an extra mile to search for things!

How do you buy tv shows and movies on your android phone?
Q. I have a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim android phone from Straight Talk and I want to know how you buy tv shows and movies on the phone, not rent. When you click buy does it take you to a screen where you put your credit card information in or do you have to buy a bunch of $45 phone cards that equal up to the amount that you need on your phone? I don't want to click buy and find out because I'm afraid that something bad might happen if I don't have the money. Please help! Thank you.
A. If you're purchasing through the Play Store, you will need to set it up with your credit card information. You can go to wallet.google.com to set this up online.
Using the Play Store you can either rent or buy the media, there's usually both options.
