A. No, phone cameras tend to have a wide angle lens. A "do -all" lens. I think phone cameras should be used for the pupose they were intended for, and that is getting a snapshot of the damage occured in an auto accident. One of our daughters in law uses her phone camera for everything since her better camera was stolen. her pictures are pure junk as far as I am concerned. Phone cameras lens tend towards the wide angle side of things and nobody photographs well with a wide angle or even a normal focal length lens! A medium telephoto (50mm or larger mm) in digital is what is called for).
