Q. I have a Galaxy Player 5 and I want an Otterbox case for it.. they make one for the Note 2, and the dimensions are similar, so I was wondering if anyone would know if it'd fit? It doesn't have to look pretty, I just want a case. I can make it work if it's too big, but if it's too small it won't really fly. Thanks
A. The problem is that Otterbox cases are designed only for the phone it's made for. I doubt it will work. If the keys and ports are placed in relatively the same area, it might work.

Hardware:

Camera:
Both Captivate and iPhone 4 come equipped with a powerful 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and support for 720p HD video capture. Compatibility:
Folks at TiPb point out that the Captivate may not be an ideal device for Mac users. Also, MobileMe users may find it difficult to restore content while switching handsets.
Battery:
Heavy users of smartphones may find the battery life offered on Samsung Captivate disappointing. As many of our readers have noted in the past, the new iPhone 4 offers significantly improved battery life that comfortably lasts for a day in most cases. However, this may not be the case with the Captivate and as TiPb points out, the battery may not last a work-day if you are a heavy user.
can i buy a phone from korea and use it in america?

A. Well, even if you cant, you could by one in America (and probably several other countries) and just buy a red case for it. That would solve your problem, and you wouldn't have anything to worry about.
