Q. For most recording it's fine. But when recording at a concert for eg the sound quality is terribly distorted. I can't find a way to turn down the microphone volume for video recording. Can anyone help me pleaseeeee?
No it's a camera...on a phone. I'm just posting this question in both categories because no one is really coming up with any answers :/
A. That's not a camera - it's a phone, isn't it? I guess you can't adjust vol when you recording. But you can by doing:
1, walking away from your subject
2, covering the mic input slightly
3, adjust in postproduction

A. no..... wireless insurance (not free warranty) will replace a damaged or lost phone for $50-$150 depending on phone make/model..... you will be shipped the same identical phone in 3-5 days. If Asurion Wireless Insurance has none of your phone, then you will get a similar/like phone. You will be notified about this in the phone call to Asurion. Per Wireless Insurance agreement, you have no say in the matter.
