Q. So my phone has been messing up a lot lately, so my dad said I can use his old phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Gio, his old phone is a Samsung too but I don't know which one, haha. So I was wondering, If I put my Memory card & Sim card into his old phone, will I lose my messages and pictures? I would hate to lose any of it. :/
A. Your messages are stored on the phone, so your messages will not show up on the other phone. Pictures are stored on the SD Card, so they will appear on the other phone.
WHat is the easiest way for me to add music to my sd card?
Q. I have a samsung galaxy gio and I have itunes as well. I have music from youtube that i converted with the mp3 converter. Everytime I try to add music thru windows media player it says "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while syncing the file to the device." What does that mean since my sd card is brand new. I am just frustrated from not having any music on my phone

A. Windows Media Player might only try to add /ID the galaxy gio and not the memory card.
Try to upload the songs onto the card, and then put it into the galaxy gio.
Also, make sure the card isn't locked - some have a tiny lock on/off switch.
How do i change my lower taskbar of my android?

And i accidentally removed an app from my lower taskbar (Home screen) and i cant drag an app to it because if i drag it to the lower taskbar it says remove.
A. Press the gear icon to your top right if you are making any settings to close the window. Then drag and drop the app icon. It will allow you. Else restart your phone and then try the drag and drop. It'll work.
