A. Samsung galaxy s iii is a LTE supported phone by default. But your service provider (carrier) should provide the LTE facility. Just ask your carrier for the service.

Q. Ok so im paying 20 a month for 24 months to pay off my samsung galaxy s2 but ive decided that i want the iphone 5.. How can i do that if im still paying off my 24 months, would i have to wait till the two years are done to get a new phone? Like what if my phone breaks or something , i got to still pay ? Im confused
A. You could try to sell it yourself and pay off the balance and then get a new phone. Or they have a new thing called JUMP where you can trade in phones. You will have to call customer service though to find out more about it.
