A. You should be able to plug the iPad to your desktop/notebook (via USB). Then iTunes should pop-up and ask if you want to download & install the 4.2 iOS update. A. You must buy it from Apple directly to get free engraving. A jewelery or trophy store might do it for a price.

A. Not really, because it isnt that much of an update from the iPad 3 for people to go rushing to buy it. Plus, the iPad mini was the real star of todays keynote.
