Q. I want to use my iPad Mini as a replacement for a graphic tablet. Is there a way to do that for free?
A. You can, but be aware that the iPad mini does not have pressure sensitivity. In most apps you'll be painting on one layer, or not many. The apps cost money, and you'll have to do extensive research on which ones are best for your stylus. I heard the pogo stylus is really good, but if I wanted a graphics tablet I'd get a Wacom bamboo tablet. They're about $80-120 and really good.

How is the iPad mini different than the iPod touch?
Q. Just yesterday, I got an iPad mini. I already have an iPod touch 4th gen. How are they different? (besides the fact that one is bigger) Also, are the apps the same? For the kindle app, is the screen bigger and easier to read than the iPod touch?
A. If you have an iPod touch and an iPad mini now wouldn't you be able to tell the difference? Anyway, these two devices are nothing alike.
iPod touch is smaller, lighter, easier to hold.
There are two speakers on the iPad mini.
No, the apps are not the same, because the iPad mini was made to use iPad apps, not iPhone/iPod apps. BUT you stll can download iPod apps on the iPad mini, they just may be oversized and a bit fuzzy, due to the fact that they need to be expanded to fit a larger screen. And yes, it should be easier to read because it's a bigger screen to see things better.
What is the difference between HD apps and non-HD apps on the iPad mini?
Q. So I just want to know, I am planning to buy a iPad mini and I noticed in the app store that some games and such also have a HD version of some games that are usually a little more expensive than the non-HD version of the game. But on the iPad mini it doesn't have retina display so I don't know if having the HD version would make a difference. I don't mind spending a couple extra bucks for the HD version if it does make a difference. Thanks.
A. HD apps are with higher quality. Obviously some people like to see the sharpness of the screen in games while some just prefer to play for more time. So they made HD and non-HD for different type of users.
